Studio17 were asked by Barware producers 'Urban Bar' to help in the design, development and visualisation of a continued range of products for the brands they serve.

By understanding the nature of glass manufacture, how the products are finished, Studio17 have provided a creative extension to the client’s capabilities.

Varied in nature, Studio17 have developed numerous glass forms for various brands including Absolut, Jameson, Macallan, and Beefeater. Using rapid prototyping, the glasses are realised in 3D to validate their aesthetic, as well as how they feel to drink from.

Using advanced visualisation software, Studio17 is able to deliver a range of colour and finish options, as well as branding variations. This has helped Urban Bar procure more business from established brands, and reinforced their offering to their clients.

The Studio has developed branded ice cube trays, and juicers suitable for a busy commercial environment. Every product must be easy and quick to use, clean and maintain, whilst delivering a drink to the customer that reinforces the brand message.

Glasses, cocktail equipment, juicers and other accessories produced by Urban Bar are used throughout the world.
